Delightful apartment, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable and smart sitting room, big bedroom with good cupboards, modern and spotless bathroom. Nice garden. Owner was very nice and unobtrusive. Village with cafe and restaurants nearby.
Nothing.

The views of the Tuscan landscapes were fire, and the house was hella spacious and clean. We chilled in the dope garden while the ducks and chickens did their thing. The hosts were mad cool, and they even let us have a sick barbecue. Best part? It's close to Montalcino, the ultimate turn-up spot in Tuscany. Highly recommend for a lit summer getaway.
Only downside was that we couldn't party all night long at the place. It would have been epic if they had a sick outdoor hangout area where we could throw down and keep the party going.

This holiday apartment exceeded all expectations with its modern, well-equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room. The bedroom was comfortable and offered ample storage space, while the smart and modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The spotlessly clean and nicely appointed apartment made for a delightful stay. The owner was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome without being intrusive. The nearby village, just a short walk away, offered a fantastic cafe/patissiere and a couple of appealing restaurants. The location itself was beautiful, and the apartment had the added bonus of having air conditioning and a charming garden with cats, a goose, and chickens. We were blown away by the wonderful experience and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The apartment was well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and had a warm welcome from the owners. Chiara was a fantastic interpreter throughout our stay. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center and a wonderful bar. Two excellent restaurants in the area.
Felt like family, no reason to complain.

Located in the heart of Tuscany, this charming apartment offers a perfect base for exploring the region. the rooms are clean and cozy, adorned with lovely lavender decorations. the wooden blinds ensure a peaceful night's sleep, and the AC in each room provides much-needed comfort during hot summer days. the hosts are warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We were impressed by their quick response to any concerns, such as providing a mobile wifi connector to solve the wifi issue.
Limited availability of remote controls for the AC may require sharing among guests.

the location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views all around. the warm hospitality I received from the hosts made me feel truly welcome. the guest house had convenient on-site parking, which was a major plus. the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, although I wished it had a microwave. I had a wonderful experience and would strongly recommend I Due Cipressi Guest House to others looking for a tranquil stay in Tuscany. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

The room at I Due Cipressi was absolutely amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dining area, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them. Plus, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a walk-in shower was a nice touch too. I felt right at home in this cozy and comfortable room.
Personally, I found the kitchenware in the well-fitted kitchen to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that others might not mind and still find it functional.

Highly recommended! We had a two-week trip in Italy and stayed at B&B Casa Formica for two nights. The room was spacious with two floors, and we had our best sleeps there. The price was very reasonable, and the host was extremely kind, helping us find the best parking in Pisa and suggesting a visit to Lucca, which turned out to be a great place. The delicious breakfasts were the perfect start to our days. A wonderful stay!
100% Recommend this hotel.
